Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for shopping with My Little Cakepop! We work hard to process and ship orders quickly and accurately. Please review our shipping policies carefully before placing your order.
We typically ship same day or next, unless there is an issue with your order. It is very important that we have both a cell phone number and an email on your order in case there is an issue with your order - this will avoid delays. We do not guarantee delivery date. Once your package has been accepted by USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx, delivery timing is fully controlled by the carrier.
Carrier delays can and do occur, especially during holidays, weather events, or high-volume shipping periods. Because of this, we always recommend selecting a shipping service faster than you think you may need to allow extra time for unexpected delays.
We also highly recommend purchasing Route Shipping Protection at checkout. Route provides coverage for loss, theft, and damage during transit and offers a streamlined claims process directly through their platform. If Route protection is declined, you accept responsibility for carrier-related issues once your order has shipped.
Our Economy Shipping (including most flat rate and free shipping options) typically takes approximately 3–7 business days in transit after shipment, this does not include weekends. Upgraded shipping options are available at checkout.
Delivered Packages
We do not reship or refund packages marked as “Delivered.”
In our experience, most packages marked as delivered arrive safely and are often located within a few days if they do not immediately appear. In rare cases, packages may be stolen or delivered incorrectly by the carrier.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

Check your mailbox, front porch, garage, side doors, parcel lockers, or mail room

Check with neighbors, apartment offices, front desks, or household members

Contact your local post office or carrier directly for additional tracking information

For USPS Priority Mail shipments, your local post office may be able to verify GPS delivery coordinates
Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for carrier errors, delays, theft, loss, or mis-delivery.
If you are concerned about theft or mis-delivery, we offer complimentary “Hold for Pickup” service through USPS upon request. Simply leave a note at checkout requesting that your package be held at your local post office for pickup.
We also offer FedEx shipping options, which may include photo proof of delivery for eligible residential shipments within the US and Canada.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide clear photo proof of the damaged items and packaging.
Once documentation is received, we will assist with filing a carrier claim and arrange a replacement shipment if approved.
Replacement shipments for damaged packages will ship using standard shipping methods. We are not responsible for carrier damage or delays. If you would like expedited shipping on a replacement order, additional shipping fees will apply.
Lost Packages
Orders believed to be lost will not be reshipped immediately. We allow up to 7 business days after the last carrier scan to give the carrier time to locate and deliver the package before a replacement is processed.
Our policy is to reship lost packages rather than issue refunds. However, if you prefer a refund instead of a replacement shipment, a 15% restocking/processing fee will apply and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We understand that items in your order may be time-sensitive or needed for customer orders you are working on, however we are not responsible for carrier errors, delays, theft, or delivery issues. If you cannot wait for the carrier investigation period and need your items immediately, you will need to place a new order.
Carrier Responsibility
While we are committed to shipping your order quickly and accurately, once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
We cannot be held responsible for:

Mis-delivery by the carrier
If your order value is significant or time-sensitive, we strongly recommend using Route Shipping Protection, requesting Hold for Pickup service, or selecting FedEx shipping options that may include photo proof of delivery.
