Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final. As a small business, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photo proof of the damaged item and packaging. Once verified, we will gladly replace damaged items.
Please carefully review your order before submitting it, including product sizes, quantities, colors, and selections. If you have any questions about a product prior to ordering, we are always happy to help. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct items are selected before checkout.
Please note that shipping carriers can experience delays, routing issues, or lost packages during transit. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds due to carrier delays or packages not arriving in time for your event, order, or project.
We process and ship orders quickly — typically same day or next business day Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

If you need your order urgently, we strongly recommend selecting expedited shipping at checkout and planning ahead whenever possible. If you place an order on Friday and need it shipped the same day, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request, though this cannot be guaranteed.
Please also monitor the email address used on your order. Occasionally we may need to contact you regarding address issues, inventory questions, or other order-related matters. Delayed responses to emails may result in shipping delays.
We highly recommend ordering early if your items are needed for a time-sensitive event or customer order.
