Easy Super Smooth Cake Pop Dough

FAIL PROOF VANILLA CAKE POP DOUGH

Ingredients:
- 1 box Dolly Parton Vanilla Cake Mix (or similar white/yellow cake mix)
- 4 eggs
- 1 (8 oz) cup sour cream
- 1 box instant Jell-O pudding mix (vanilla)
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla (optional)
- Pre-cut parchment paper sheets (optional but handy)
- Foil
- 9x13" pan
Instructions:

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line a 9" x 13" pan with parchment paper (no not oil paper).
- Mix all ingredients with a mixer until smooth.
- Pour into pan and spread evenly.
- Bake about 10 minutes longer than the box suggests (the pudding mix makes it denser). Cover with foil the last 10 minutes.
- Do not overbake. If you have a cake thermometer you will want to take your cake out when it has reached 210°.
- Let cool for 10 minutes, then cover with foil or a dish towel.
- While still warm and moist, crumble cake back into the mixer and blend into dough. (It may feel a little sticky at first but will settle into a play-dough consistency once cooled.)
- Wrap dough in parchment paper and place inside a zip-top bag or airtight container.
- Dough can be refrigerated overnight or frozen for later use.
- Once cool, your dough is ready to roll into pops!
