Refund policy

 

All sales are final. We are a very small business and do not accept returns. If an item is damaged we will need photo proof and we will be happy to replace any damaged item.

Please double check sizes on items or ask us if you have any questions regarding your order. Please make sure you know what you are ordering and that you have picked the correct items. 

Packages can get lost or delayed in transit. We do not accept returns if you do not get your order in time. We ship orders same day or next, M-F with exception of weekends and holidays. Orders made Friday after 9am ship Monday. If you need your order asap please contact us to see if we can ship your order out on Friday. We will accommodate if possible. Orders made over the weekend typically ship Monday, however, during sales events or promotions orders can be delayed until Tues. If you are in a rush pick expedited shipping and please plan accordingly.

Please make sure to check your order and email if an order needs to get to you within a timely manner as we may email you regarding your order and your order can be delayed if you are not checking your emails.
