How to use
- Weigh your cake-pop dough to exactly 26 grams / 0.92 oz.
- Form the dough into a ball, making sure it is free of cracks.
- Place the dough ball in the roller channel and hold the finger pads.
- Slide the channels back and forth a few times until the ball is smooth and round.
- Transfer the shaped ball to the resting tray.
